Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information that we collect. This statement provides information about how the BCNA handles the personal information that will be collected from you when you are purchasing pre-sale early bird tickets to the 2023 BCNA Field of Women event.
The collection of this personal information is necessary for us to place the order on your behalf and to facilitate further details to be provided to you by Ticketek about when the event will take place and the delivery of any merchandise that you may have purchased.
You may refuse to provide us with some or all of your personal information, but this will mean that you will not be able to purchase the pre-sale tickets and/or merchandise.
We will disclose your full name and email address to Ticketek so that you can be provided with official tickets when a confirmed date for the match has been scheduled. We will also disclose your residential address or other mailing address to our BCNA support warehouse so that it can arrange for the delivery of any merchandise that you may have purchased. We will otherwise not disclose your credit card details or other payment information to Ticketek or our BCNA support warehouse. Ticketek has undertaken to us not to use the personal information which we disclose to them as part of this process for any purpose other than providing you with the tickets.
We will also use your personal information within BCNA for the following purposes:
BCNA may also disclose your personal information with other third parties such as contractors, volunteers and other service providers who help perform our functions and activities. This may include persons or organisations that assist BCNA with merchandise fulfillment, archival, research, mail and delivery, auditing, accounting, financial and legal advisory, banking, payment, security, technology, customer contact, data processing, data analysis, investigation and marketing services.
Some of these persons or organisations may be located in other countries such as the United States.
